What if delivery is late?

If an agreed SLA is missed, you receive a 50% credit for that asset and the next booked asset is upgraded to a 24h rush at no charge.

This applies automatically — you won’t need to chase it.

What if you’re not available?

Your booking includes a pre‑reserved production window. If I’m down or fully booked, we prioritise your next window and keep your place in queue. If this prevents us from meeting the SLA, the late policy above applies.

Can you do ASAP turnarounds?

Baseline is a unified 72h delivery for photos & reels. Rush (24h) is available as an add‑on when the calendar allows.

No built‑in rush quotas in the current offer.

When do SLAs start counting?

From the moment we receive both property access and a short brief/notes. If access/brief is delayed, the clock starts when inputs land; we’ll take the next available slot.

Keeps timelines fair for all properties in queue.

What if I need more assets than my plan?

Three paths: add‑ons at a unit rate, a one‑month upgrade to the next tier, or swapping within the same month (e.g., fewer reels → more photos) when it doesn’t break SLAs.

Weather, building rules, or no‑fly zone — what about drone?

Drone is included where permitted. If weather or regulations block a flight, we either switch to ground gimbal shots, reschedule the drone window, or tap our local b‑roll library.

We follow local laws and site management rules.

How do revisions work?

Packages S/M include 1× standard revision per asset; Growth Retainer includes 2×. Small tweaks (≈15 min) are usually covered; larger changes are quoted as add‑ons.

We’ll flag when a request moves from “tweak” to a “change request”.

What are the minimum commitments?

Packages S/M: minimum 3 months. Growth Retainer: minimum 6 months. This keeps the content engine consistent and compounding.

How does billing work?

Same for Packages and Growth Retainer: Month 1 = 50% up‑front to reserve production time + 50% balance at month‑end. From Month 2 onward, invoiced at month‑end each month.
