What if delivery is late?

If an agreed SLA is missed, you receive a 50% credit for that asset and the next booked asset is upgraded to a 24h rush at no charge.

This applies automatically — you won’t need to chase it.

What if you’re not available?

Your booking holds a pre‑reserved daily slot. If I’m down or fully booked, your shoot moves to the next available slot within 24h. If we still can’t produce within 24h, that asset is not charged / credited.

What happens if I need an ASAP turnaround?

Use the included rush windows. Growth includes 2× 24h rush per month, Enterprise includes 3× 24h rush. If all rushes are used, we can still expedite as an add‑on, subject to availability.

Delivery targets: photos 48–72h, shorts 72–96h. Rush compresses this whenever feasible.

When do SLAs start counting?

From the moment we receive both property access and a short brief/notes. If access/brief is delayed, the clock starts when inputs land; we’ll take the next available slot.

This keeps timelines fair and predictable for all properties in queue.

What if I need more assets than my package?

Three paths: add‑ons at a unit rate, a one‑month upgrade to the next tier, or swapping within the same month (e.g., fewer shorts → more photos) when it doesn’t break SLAs.

Growth — Photo‑First: 30–40 photo sessions and up to 5 shorts at the same price.
Growth — Standard: 30 photo sessions and 15 shorts.

Weather, building rules, or no‑fly zone — what about drone?

Drone is included where permitted. If weather or regulations block a flight, we either switch to ground gimbal shots, reschedule the drone window, or tap our local b‑roll library.

We always follow local laws and site management rules.

How do revisions work?

Starter includes 1× standard revision per asset; Growth and Enterprise include 2×. Small tweaks (≈15 min) are usually covered; larger changes are quoted as add‑ons.

We’ll point out when a request moves from “tweak” into “change request”.

Can we pause or roll over unused capacity?

Rollovers aren’t default. For Growth — Photo‑First we can allow up to 20% unused capacity to roll over one month when pre‑agreed. Pauses are possible on Enterprise with a 30‑day notice and re‑planning.
